just got less expensive.
Last week President Obama signed the the Student Aid and Fiscal Responsibility Act into law. This historic investment in higher education will increase financial aid for students by $36 billion.
RUSA and NJPIRG
are teaming up to thank Senator Menendez for his support of the bill and
his help to make college more affordable.
The Senator will speak
on campus this Tuesday, April 6, at 10:30 am on Brower Commons.
President McCormick will also speak about how the Student Aid and Fiscal
Responsibility Act will help make college more affordable for New
Jersey students.
Let's pack Brower Commons with tons of students
to show that there's a ton of support for legislation to make college
more affordable - and so we can make sure Congress continues to pay
attention to students and invests in higher education!
