Manuel graduated from George Mason University with a Government and International politics degree. As a student he was involved in starting a social civil rights group and served as its Vice President. Manuel has previously worked for the Democratic Party in 2010 as a Field Organizer empowering community leaders to take a bigger part in their political future. He also worked as an recruiter for Care Internationaland educated the public about the need to help downtrodden women all over the world.
